BajaRAW was created with the mission of forming meaningful connections between individuals and the oceanic wonders of Baja while also providing a professional videography service to capture every precious moment.
Our belief is simple yet powerful: by facilitating and recording these remarkable underwater encounters, we inspire a genuine love for the ocean, sparking a collective commitment to its preservation for generations to come.
Based in Baja California Sur, the experiences we create revolve around close partnerships with members of local communities. For all of our ocean tours we work with captains who are local to Baja and many of them used to be full-time fisherman. Tours like ours have helped them transition away from fishing as a primary income and instead start using their extensive local knowledge of the sea to help us facilitate incredible wildlife encounters

Who Is
Instead of being a large company BajaRAW is actually just one person operating as your tour coordinator and personal photographer. My name is Aidan Bedford, I’m a transplanted Canadian who now calls Baja California Sur my home. Being fluent in English and Spanish... I’ve had the privilege to get to know this wondrous part of the planet and the majestic animals that inhabit the land and sea here.
I’m a scuba diver, a free diver and videographer. I’ve had the privilege of swimming with Orca’s and a wide variety of sharks, played with Sea Lion pups, filmed a multitude of whale species from the air and the list goes on.
I believe in creating personalized, unforgettable adventures tailored to you. By partnering with skilled and experienced locals on our tours we reduce the amount of commercial fishing in the area. my goal is to show you the real Baja in all its raw beauty, capturing raw photos and video for you along the way. I believe that together with my guests, we can inspire a genuine passion for the longevity of our oceans.
